Orca full screen magnification?

Hi all.

I'm having a(nother) senior moment.... Does Orca currently support full
screen (as opposed to split screen) magnification?  If so, what does one
need to do to use it?  Changing the Zoomer Position to be the dimensions
of the full screen didn't work out so well (only part of the bottom
panel got magnified and the rest of the screen was blank).
