Suggestions for orca and firefox

Hi all,

  Here is a list of things that I see could be improved in future
versions of orca to work better with firefox:

1. Announce when in a list and announce bullets.

2. Announce heading levels.

3. Fix issue with orca repeating a line when arrowing down. Some times
you need to hit down arrow twice to get to the next line.

4. If caret navigation isn't automatically enabled, enable it.

  I hope this is a good list.
