Orca with Emacspeak Server?

Hello,

I'm trying to run Orca on a machine running Free BSD and with to use 
an emacspeak speech server Eflite instead of Festival.  I understand 
that there is someplace to specify that an emacspeak server should be 
used by Orca.  How do I do this?  Eflite, by itself,  is now working.
