Orca TTSynth and orca question

Hello all,

  I just wanted to ask if the new TTSynth, which is not released yet is
a synthesiser or a driver and a synthesiser. I am thinking of using this
instead of dectalk and just wanted to see if anyone has anymore info on
it than that on the http://ttsynth.com site has...so thanks in advanced
guys!
