This is what ldd shows:

 ldd /usr/lib/ => /usr/lib/ (0x40016000) => /usr/lib/ (0x4004e000) => /lib/ (0x40053000) => /usr/lib/ (0x40067000) => /lib/ (0x400ca000)
        /lib/ => /lib/ (0x80000000)

No SSL stuff, I think. I don't remember any question about supporting SSL when
installing ORBit. There is not any way of disabling SSl support without
