ORBit-WARNING **: No POA found for operation hcmDebug [-1073747064]

Hello,
This question has been asked earlier, but the final answer never
came up. Is this a bug in ORBit code. (ORBit-mt-0.5.7/RH6.2/glib1.2.10).

The way i can reproduce this bug is (intermittently), i try
to invoke an operation from the client end, the server has just come
up for the first time on the server side. Sometimes, i do get the exception, 
but sometimes there is no exception and my client simply hangs after the 
server has given the following warning

ORBit-WARNING **: No POA found for operation hcmDebug [-1073747064]

The server can entertain subsequent requests without any problem.
(from a new client).
