Sigh, you still havn't told us what you actualy want to do. There
should be no problem in writing robotics code with ORBit. As for the
"Standard Template Library [STL] Template Library", I'm still in the dark
as to what you actualy want to do.

It is quite possible that some of the STL constructs will map to
ORBit's internal structures if used in the right way. However, of course
for basic types the STL is totaly irrelevant - the STL might help you with
some sort of sequence mapping I suppose.
Either way, you should probably look at the ORBit-cpp
project: http://orbitcpp.sourceforge.net/.
