Will ORBit2 have all the functionality of ORBit HEAD?

I am specially interested in POA policies such as USE_DEFAULT_SERVANT, 
MULTIPLE_ID, and PERSISTENT, which currently work in the HEAD version but
not in the stable 0.5 branch.
