Sunday, August 6 is a very special GNOME love day dedicated to spreading the love over the upcoming GNOME 2.16 release. Our friendly and experienced hackers will be on hand to help bring new developers up to speed. During 2.15.x development cycle we fixed many problems but even more issues stay waiting for careful hands. The partial list of components where you can start includes evolution, evince, gnome-doc-utils and gedit. The love begins on at 11:00 UTC and will continue to 23:00 UTC. If you want to help, go to the wiki page[1], pick a task and join the #gnome-love channel on Sunday. And remember, every day is a good day for GNOME love.
