Hi,

This could very easily start off a debate on which distribution to use,
since everybody i guess would have started with some distribution they
first heard about. There is not much difference [ rather very minimal ]
between the distributions.

Some distributions that come to my mind are

Mandrake
Suse
RedHat

I started with RedHat, and google.com is your best resource for any
information.
