[gnome-love] Getting more volunteers and saving hackers time

I have an idea for increasing the number of volunteers for bughunting, and
getting bugs confirmed.

New/current users can be asked if they would be interested in helping
eliminate bugs and for what programs. If they are interested, then once a
day (or week, whatever schedule they choose), they are emailed a bug to
confirm for one of their chosen programs, and if it happens then they launch
the program again with stack trace (or whatever), do the bug again, and then
email the results.

Thus the user would not have to enter bugzilla (which can be intimidating
for newer users), duplication of effort could be avoided, and the
programmers could save massive amounts of time.

Since the amount of effort for a user to participate drops substantially
compared to the usual method, and since the time spent is probably only 5
minutes a day, this should massively increase the number of bug hunters (and
reduce many of the duplicate reports...)
