configuring network manager connection for a Quectel EC20 WWAN device

Hi,

Not 100% sure if this is the right list, but if not, I'm sure someone
will point me in the right direction. Also sorry if formatting is
mangled I have to use gmail for work.

I've got a Quectel EC20 pcie card (it actually uses usb) that I'm
trying to get to work with a giffgaff SIM.

The SIM works in my phone, and I can receive SMS's on the EC20 but
can't get an internet connection with it.

I've previously been able to use this device with a vodafone sim
