ANN: NetworkManager 1.4.0 released

Hello everyone!

Four months and almost thousand commits after NetworkManager 1.2 we're pleased
to announce that NetworkManager 1.4 is here!

It brings better MAC address randomization options, improved command line tool,
API for configuration checkpoint/rollback, data counters, oFono support and
countless internal improvements and bug fixes. Read more here:
