ignore-carrier=*
This option tends to break the Bonding andor Bridge DHCP setups.
Is it a bug, or a feature?
ignore-carrier and DHCP does not go well together because NM will start
doing DHCP on an interface that has no carrier (which will fail).
Probably you don't want to install the NetworkManager-config-server
package.
What is the exact problem you are seeing? Can you send some logs
(preferable with DEBUG logging enabled)?
