ANN: NetworkManager 0.9.8.8

Because we know you just can't get enough of NetworkManager 0.9.8.*, we
are pleased to announce the release of NetworkManager 0.9.8.8 and
network-manager-applet 0.9.8.8.

(NM 0.9.8.8 was actually released several weeks ago, it was just never
announced. nma 0.9.8.8 just came out today.)

NetworkManager 0.9.8.8 contains an important fix for BlueZ 5 support, as
well as some other small bug fixes.

network-manager-applet 0.9.8.8 contains a fix for missing Wi-Fi/VPN
password dialogs on the various non-GNOME-Shell GNOME-3-based desktops,
plus translations updates and some other small bug fixes.

Everyone is encouraged to upgrade to this new stable release.
