I'm pretty sure these interfaces are Sierra-specific AT commands.
Instead we should be using the NAS NetworkTimeIndication event for QMI
devices; I've pushed the libqmi branch dcbw/nas-time to add that
indication to libqmi, then we can use it from MM.
