You mean with NDISDUP=1,1 and the like? ModemManager 1.2 will do that
already, you'll just need:
# mmcli -m 0 --simple-connect="apn=whatever"
(instead of passing the AT commands yourself with --command)
And of course it will be integrated with NetworkManager's nmcli just
fine as every other modem.
