Cool. You could put info from your wvdial.com to bugzilla so that it an be included in
the provider database. NM users want to have stuff more automatic.

This is not a problem in NetworkManager. Try:

1) Stop NetworkManager (if you don't want to use it anyway)

2) Restart the applications

3) If it still doesn't work, file bug reports against the applications, they should
definitely work without NetworkManager.
