So what you do is pick your architecture from the link (either x86_64 or
i686), and then grab the ModemManager-0.6.0.0-1.3.fc17.x86_64.rpm
package.  Clicking that link will download the package to your preferred
download location.  Whereupon you can then either install it by
double-clicking it, or:

rpm -Fvh /path/to/ModemManager-0.6.0.0-1.3.fc17.x86_64.rpm

then you can test as we've done before.
