Hi!

Ok, after som debugging I got:

To query for available modes by AT^SYSCFGEX=? gives:

AT ^SYSCFGEX: ("00","01","02","03"),((2000000400380,"GSM900/GSM1800/WCDMA900/WCDMA2100"),(2a80000,"GSM850/GSM1900/AWS/WCDMA1900"),(3fffffff,"All bands")),(0-2),(0-4),((800c5,"LTE2100/LTE1800/LTE2600/LTE900/LTE800"),(7fffffffffffffff,"All bands"))

Setting the different four modes (All bands, 2G, 3G, 4G) is done through:

AT^SYSCFGEX="00",3fffffff,1,2,800c5,"",""           #AUTO
AT^SYSCFGEX="01",3fffffff,1,2,800c5,"",""           #2G
AT^SYSCFGEX="02",3fffffff,1,2,800c5,"",""           #3G
AT^SYSCFGEX="03",3fffffff,1,2,800c5,"",""           #4G

Cheers
Olof

Dear Olof:

This configuration is supported by the new AT command “^SYSCFGEX”.

But I don’t know about  the detail defines, can you trace it in the Windows Appliacation?

Best Regards,

Franko Fang

Hi!

It says Mobile Broadband 23.001.07.11.07. See attached screenshot (in Swedish).

Thanks

Olof

Dear Olof:

Can you tell me the version of the Windows Application?

Then I can check it for you.

Thank Franko.

But in the Windows-application it is possible to configure 3G/4G/Auto, so I assume their must be some form of interface where this can be set? Is it throught he PC UI interface this is made? Is there a specification available?

Cheers

Olof

Dear Olof:

         1. Our AT command AT^SYSCFG can only support to set 2G only, 2G preferred, 3G only and 3G preferred, but can not support 4G setting.

         2. The following AT command for query connection mode:

Command

Possible response(s)

AT^HWNATQRY?

<CR><LF>^HWNATQRY:<cur_mode><CR><LF><CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>

Cur_mode indicates the current network mode:

                            00: reserved

                            01: GSM

                            02: CDMA(including 1x,EVDO)

                            03: WCDMA

                            04: TD_CDMA

                            05: Wimax

                            06: LTE

                            07: Wifi

                            ...

                            99: none

Hope that this can help you.

Best Regards,

Franko Fang

Hi Franko!

Do you have any information on what AT commands should be issued to toggle force-3G/force-4G/Auto mode and is there a command to query connection mode if set to AUTO?

Cheers

Olof
