actually the EPS AT commands for the E398 are broken. If you would try
to use them, in most cases the modem will just crash. I bet that the
manufactures will need a long time to get these anywhere near stable.
And on the same note, the Sierra LTE cards just hides this behind the
PDP AT commands. That is also not conforming to the specification.
As of today, I have not seen a single LTE modem, that behaves properly
according to 27.007.
