ANN: NetworkManager 0.9.6-rc1 released

Hi,

On the road to 0.9.6, testing greatly appreciated.  There's a host of
IPv6 fixes, crash fixes for NM and clients, connecting to wifi networks
from nmcli, IPv6 support for VPN connections, new on-demand WiFi scan
APIs, new support for ADSL devices, Vala language bindings, and much
more.  See the NEWS file of each component for a more comprehensive
list.
