Hi Ajay,
	Ahh no difference, so it just looks like your SIM has PIN code request 
set. If you know the PIN you can unlock from the terminal like
AT+CPIN="0000" if the PIN is 0000 etc
You only get 3 tries at PIN, so if you don't know it then you should call the 
operator and get the PUK code first. This will unlock the SIM in the event that 
attempting to unlock it blocks the SIM card.
