You want "AT+CPIN?" here. Also, what does "ATI" say? For example, mine
says:
Manufacturer: huawei
Model: E226
Revision: 11.310.15.00.150
IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
+GCAP: +CGSM,+FCLASS,+DS
But I also get a response for AT+CLAC, so... The only thing I can think
of is that the modem doesn't like your SIM. Any chance you can try
another SIM?
