ANN: NetworkManager 0.9.6-rc1 released

Hi,

I've just tagged and uploaded 0.9.6-rc2 (versioned as 0.9.5.96).

Mostly bug fixes and translation changes.  I expect this will be the
last RC and we'll cut the real 0.9.6 later this week.  Testing
appreciated!
