support for Huawey EM680

I have Sony VAIO VPCSE with internal Huawei modem.

lsusb output:

Bus 001 Device 012: ID 12d1:14f1 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.

The kernel 3.3.x recognize correctly the device and I'm able to use it 
with wvdial.

But in Network Manager the Mobile Broadband tab is disabled, i suppose 
is needed
support for this device in ModemManager.
