Your Wi-Fi chip is supported by b43 driver, according to
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43.
However the kernel version has to be 2.6.33+, and Debian squeeze have 2.6.32,
I think. So, maybe you should use 'wl' driver instead:
