Not yet, but we do want to optimize this, and if you've ever connected
successfully to the network, and we know the password hasn't changed (we
can easily tell this with WPA-PSK but not as easily with other modes)
then we should just fail the connection silently and try later.  Haven't
gotten around to that and nobody else has posted a patch for that
either,but it'll happen.
