[PATCHv2 0/6] APN type and plan attributes for automatic provisioning

Hello,

Please find patches that extend the mobile-broadband-provider-info database with:

- APN type attribute ("internet" or "mms" or "wap").
- APN plan attribute ("prepaid" or "postpaid").

TODO:

- enhance the DTD to permit multiple types/plans for APN, i.e:

<apn name="wap.foobar" type="internet wap" plan="prepaid postpaid" >
    ...
</apn>

I haven't figured out how to do that, so any help is welcome!
