Network manager problem

hello,

I would like to know if there is a solution for my problem;

The internet of a lot of people in my school randomly comes

and goes out of the panel...Our program is called Jolicloud 1.1

I think the problem is that we have created too many of our own wireless networks

and we have tried to delete them but they still appear. We would appreciate it if you 

could help us
