A mail to this list is usually sufficient for a small change, larger
ones should be filed on bugzilla.gnome.org against the NetworkManager
component, ideally with a patch, but failing that, the relevant
information.  I think what you've provided is sufficient, but to ensure
it doesn't get lost I've filed
