Forget my previous mail. It is openconnect packaging bug - it should
install NM authentication dialogue which asks about all "interesting"
things. Currently it does not:

# remove network-manager plugin if build
rm -f %{buildroot}/usr/libexec/nm-openconnect-auth-dialog

This probably should go into separate package (due to GUI
dependencies). Will you fix it yourself? :)
