Its a completely different re-written driver that is now in the
upstream kernel. It unfortunately stiff has some issues, its the same
with the rt2xxx drivers as well. You can see more details in this bug
report https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=570869
I think the 2.6.34 kernel is better, but I've not got around to trying it.
