No, I guess there really is no point. I think having only the property is 
enough.

It's ok to still set it to 0 for plugins that do support it? I didn't really 
know what it should be set to in this case as it is useless information when 
the sim is not locked.

Right, I thought open/close and the callback would get handled later from 
check_pin but maybe I didn't look at it close enough. 

This is a bit tricky and again relates to the EMRDY handling :)

If EMRDY has not been received the module will return ERROR on CPIN?. In that 
case send_pin_done would just return and the unlockrequired and unlockretries 
properties wouldn't get set properly.

With the (ugly) approach I took CPIN? will get queried again and then return 
SIM PIN REQUIRED as expected. 

How do you suggest I do this properly? Edit the mbm-plugin to do the emrdy-
handling earlier in some way? Or some other change in mm-generic-gsm to not 
give up on that first ERROR?
