Problem in connetting to Wireless

Hello

i am using UBUNTU 10.04 LTS and i have both GNOME & KDE environment
installed in my computer my wireless network works fine in Gnome but
when i switch to KDE and try to connect any wireless network then
Knetwork manager always shows this message:

Activating..
and never get connected to any wireless network my all drivers are
working perfectly fine

i already asked this question UBUNTU FORUMS and LAUNCHPAD but i got no
solution so

finally i am mailing you...so please help me
