And what's the problem in it? Are the server list returned so unstable,
that you can get different upstream DNS servers in different connections?

And what's the problem on using, for instance, OpenDNS as your upstream
servers? They're fast and somewhat reliable.

I will sometimes connect via completely different networks from which my
usual DNS servers will not accept recursive requests, or on WiFi hotspots
that do not permit connections to DNS servers other than their own.
