Failing lately for many: WPA Enterprise, WPA2 Enterprise, 802.1X WEP and
more!
Fedora Core 9, Fedora Core 10, Ubuntu 8.10 and most likely other
distributions are distributing a version of wpa_supplicant that breaks
access to the aforementioned networks. This means no connectivity to
Business / University networks for many.
The solution to restore the connectivity is to rollback to a previous
version of wpa_supplicant.
The problem is detailed here as a bug report:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=465022
For FC9 / FC10: install the RPM from:
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/9874725/com/wpa_supplicant-0.6.3-5.fc9.i386.rpm.html
All others: install a wpa_supplicant 0.6.3 or earlier.

I'm not currently on the WPA Supplicant mailing list, so would someone
please cross-post this to them to see if they can help resolve the
situation?
