Sounds like a bug. Can you run 'nm-tool' and see if they show up there?
Next, do a few "iwlist wlan0 scan" commands and see if the driver itself
still sees them. That'll help us isolate where the problem is.

Not at the moment, no... That sort of things is planned however.
