NetworkManager 0.7.1 rc1 release

Hi,

I've tagged and uploaded the 0.7.1-rc1 release, with the version number
0.7.0.97.  I'd like to do rc2 in a few days (version 0.7.0.98), and then
a 0.7.1 release a few days after that.  If we really need an rc3, I bet
you can guess what the version number will be.

Please test; there are obviously many things that didn't make the cut,
but the issues we're interested in are critical blockers, like crashes
or really, really odd behavior.  I've made passes through both the Gnome
and Red Hat bugzillas, and I'm feeling pretty good about the number of
issues we were able to solve between 0.7.0 and 0.7.1.  Lets keep making
NM more awesome and useful than it already is.  Kittens to all.
