Status of network-manager-netbook?

Hi All,

I'm wondering where and how the network-manager-netbook addon to
NetworkManager is suppose to happen? Is it supported via this list or
somewhere else? The same goes for bug reporting, should it be going to
bugzilla.gnome.org? If so can someone add a n-m-n component to the NM
product? Or should it all go somewhere else?
