clarification of licence for netowrk-manager-netbook

Hi All,

Can someone clarify the license for the network-manager-netbook
package. The COPYING file is actually a symbolic link (as is the
install), the files bought over from NetworkManger that are written by
Dan have GPLv2 headers, the nbtk* one are LGPL, some of the others are
GPLv2 and all the nmn* files don't have a specific license header.
