Do you have the files /usr/lib/libnm-util.so.0
or /usr/lib64/libnm-util.so.0?  It looks like libnm-util either wasn't
installed correctly, or is old.  Is the modification date on either of
those files (if you have them) significantly different than what's
on /usr/sbin/NetworkManager?
