Invalid introspection XML

I'm seeing invalid XML like

<property name="State" type="u" access="read"/>
</property>

(property element is empty but followed by a closing tag)
in the response to 

dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.NetworkManager \
"/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/net_00_11_22_33_44_55" \ 
org.freedesktop.DBus.Introspectable.Introspect

with latest SVN.  Can anyone else confirm this?  It could be an artefact of 
building NM using an unpatched-for-documentation bindings tool.
