Not with NM 0.6.x.

NM 0.7 (snapshots of which are in Fedora 8, Fedora Rawhide, and I
believe OpenSUSE Factory) has the ability to lock to a specific BSSID,
though you'll have to find out how KNetworkManager exposes the config
stuff to be able to set that.
