controlling dhclient.conf

I'd like to add

prepend domain-name-servers 127.0.0.1

But I don't know where to put it.

I have /etc/dhclient-eth0.conf, but it is automatically written (date/time
is from this morning).

This is fedora f8.  Any ideas?
