I think so but not by itself.
Take a look at whereami and build a script around with nm-dispatcher.
I used to do this to determine what NFS mounts to use but now that I
travel a lot less I stopped using it and I never used it with
NM-Dispatcher but I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work.
