Hi all, I was wondering the other day why NM wasn't monitoring the activity of the currently selected network interface like the GNOME network monitor panel applet, i.e. visualizing incoming and outgoing network traffic? Is it difficult to get such information from the NetworkManger service to the applet? Currently I'm running the network monitor applet in parallel to NM but this setup just clutters my panel and the network monitor applet only supports watching one interface which results in manually switching the interface in the preferences or adding one applet instance for each network interface on the computer.
