Use of BCM4318 card with NetworkManager

I realize I posted this before but with the wrong subject:

Does anyone have some good advice on how to get a :
 BCM4318 [AirForceOne 54g] 802.11g Wireless LAN Controller card working under
NetworkManager? Is ndiswrapper needed and if so how should it be used?
