wpa_supplicant usage via dbus committed

Hi,

I've committed the rest of the bits that do all the wpa_supplicant
control over dbus.  You'll need latest CVS of 0.5.x or 0.6.x plus a few
changes, I'll have to track those down later.

Just a heads-up.  It's been tested with WEP and unencrypted, I plan to
test with WPA[2]-PSK quite soon.
