Problems with proxy

Hello,
Yesterday I installed network-manager on Ubuntu 6.06. I used ktorrent without
problems before this install. Now ktorrent is searching for the proxy at
work, while I am at home and have no proxy installed. Could you point me
where I have to change the appropriate setting. I can not find it.
